The Global Ambassador
2024 EIMA Award – 2nd Place – Best Overall EIFS – Project of the Year
Internationally inspired, The Global Ambassador hotel in Phoenix, Arizona features 141 luxurious rooms, signature restaurants, including a large rooftop restaurant overlooking Camelback Mountain as well as unique retail and wellness amenities. The hotel aims to offer a memorable hospitality experience for the well-traveled set. The design team selected Senergy’s Insulated Masonry Veneer System for the building exterior. The state-of-the-art wall system seamlessly incorporates continuous insulation and air/water-resistive barrier for maximum energy efficiency and year-round temperature comfort within the building. The system also features SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive. The high strength setting bed mortar was used to adhere the thin brick veneer without mechanical fasteners which kept the underlying continuous insulation and air/water-resistive barrier layers intact, eliminating the risk of thermal bridging.
Mayo Clinic Pheonix
2024 EIMA Award – 1st Place – Panelized Project of the Year
Mayo Clinic’s expansion in Phoenix, Arizona includes 90,000 sq. ft. of panelization with Channeled Adhesive CI Design. The Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) is a code-compliant wall system that checks all the key requirements, including energy efficiency, moisture protection and aesthetic versatility. Prefab panelization ensured efficiency, cost-control and consistent quality.
Gila River Resorts & Casino – Wild Horse Pass
2023 EIMA Award – 3rd Place – Hospitality Project of the Year
Located in Chandler, Arizona, just south of Phoenix, Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass offers guests luxurious amenities, outdoor activities, dining, shopping, and entertainment as well as breathtaking mountain and skyline views for the ultimate getaway. It’s no wonder the design team selected Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design system with Senerflex Fine Finish for the building exterior. The advanced wall system seamlessly integrates continuous insulation and air/water-resistive barrier for energy efficiency, ideal for Arizona’s hot climate. The Senerflex Fine Finish is highly durable and weather-resistant, reducing long term maintenance costs.
Senna House Scottsdale
2023 EIMA Award – Honorable Mention - Hospitality Project of the Year
Senna House Scottsdale, is the latest addition to the Curio Collection by Hilton. The new lifestyle hotel offers a combination of sophisticated design, endless entertainment, and luxurious rest. The design team selected Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design with Senerflex Texture Finish for the building exterior to complement the urban desert landscape. The wall system contains built-in layers of continuous insulation and air / water-resistive barrier, delivering year-round temperature comfort and long-term energy savings. The Texture Finish is highly durable and weather-resistant, reducing maintenance costs.
Hyatt House Tampa Downtown
2022 EIMA Award – 3rd Place – Panelized Project of the Year
Inspired by Tampa’s Latin roots, Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown and Hyatt House Tampa Downtown, combine to enable guests to experience both brands. The exterior uses Senergy Channeled Adhesive CI Design, a best-in-class wall system that seamlessly incorporates continuous heat, air and moisture control layers. The project included onsite application as well as prefabricated panelization.
